Before you pay
- What currency am I charged in?
- US dollars (USD). Paddle is the merchant of record and handles local sales tax and VAT.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your account page — you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.
- What about refunds?
- Ask within 14 days of payment and we refund you — in full if you have not used it, or in proportion to the pieces left if you have.
- What if I run out mid-month?
- Move to a bigger plan and the new allowance applies immediately. There is no per-piece top-up yet; upgrading charges one month of the new plan at that moment.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. A bigger plan starts right away and is charged one full month at that moment (not prorated). A smaller one takes effect at your next billing date.
