Terms of Service

1. What the Service does

Based on the business description you provide, the Service researches publicly available documents, studies and videos, and returns content topics together with the evidence and sources behind them.

The Service can also produce a draft shaped for the platform you choose (blog, YouTube, short-form video, carousel, newsletter).

Topics and drafts are reference material. You remain responsible for what you publish and for its final wording.

2. Accounts

You sign up with an email address and confirm it with a code we send there.

Do not use an email address that is not yours.

3. Usage unit and limits

The unit of use is a piece. Saving one topic card consumes one piece, and the first draft for that card is included.

Producing a second or further draft from the same card consumes one additional piece.

Reopening a draft you already made does not consume anything.

Free accounts get 10 pieces in total after signup. Paid plans renew on the first day of each month.

If a run fails on our side, it does not count against your limit.

4. Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. Prices and limits are those shown on the pricing screen inside the Service.

Payments are processed by a payment provider; the Company does not store card numbers.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the Service. Changes apply from the next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account screen.

After cancelling you keep access for the remainder of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

6. Ownership

You own the right to use the topics and drafts the Service produces for you. You may edit, publish and use them commercially.

Copyright in the sources we quote stays with their authors. You must credit sources and comply with applicable law when quoting.

The Service's own software, design and marks belong to the Company.

7. Prohibited use

· Calling the Service through automated means beyond normal use, or circumventing limits

· Sharing or reselling your account

· Using output in false or exaggerated advertising without verifying it

8. Disclaimer

We show the source for every finding, but we do not warrant the accuracy of the source itself. Verify facts before publishing.

We are not liable for damage caused by events outside our control, including outages at the search or AI providers we rely on.

9. Changes to these terms

We will post changes in the Service at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days if the change is unfavourable to you.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
